The specs say 34 minutes with the regular battery. I've been used to less than 15 minutes with my original Air. Doubling that seems like a luxury. I see that the plus batt would also be heavier...might be an issue if staying under 249g is important.
This is a bit confusing. Some of the press on this indicates it's only a ban on US government use of DJI drones. Not private use. But, I have seen some other articles suggesting it might cross over to private. All the articles say a similar thing tho, that the law is poised to be passed. Doesn't...
My original Mavic Air is still flying and shooting video great. I'm wondering if things will go wonky with iOS 17 on my iPad if I upgrade from iOS 16. And, actually, my iPad is getting quite old now, so if I get a newer model, it's gonna have 17 on it. Anyway, thanks for any comments on whether...
Very interesting. Love construction stuff like that..or anti-construction. I don't see where the operator is. They must have a camera mounted up near the business end, or else someone would go home every day with a neck ache.
Fantastic landscapes, but it all went by way too fast for me. I wanted to hang out in some of those places. I guess you had to create little snippets to fit it all in, but I'd vote for either one 15 minute edit, or a bit shorter and choose just a few scenes making each shot much longer...and...
Wow! Spectacular shots. Incredible scenery. Scary ledges...to stand on. What an epic trip to a remarkable country. Really great to see you both in the video...very lovely couple. All the best from us. We'll be checking out your channel. Thanks.
Yikes! Quite dizzy inducing, and wobbly, on the turns over those hills. I couldn't watch those shots. However, thanks for sharing sights from a very interesting and unique area. We may head there in June. Good to know it's a legal place to fly. How is the process of getting that license?
Brrr....I remember that cold, all too well. Used to work at the Lake House apartments, and the wind chill coming off the lake was beyond freezing...ha. Good capture of the classic "bleak" look of Cleveland in winter. Interesting contraption you have attached to the mini. Is that a mini4? You...
Nice crisp resolution. Did your drone get wet on that low ocean water shot? Looked like it might have gotten drenched. For my personal viewing preference, I like to see the reverse flying just occasionally...and, I like slower cinematic movement in turns, etc. But, that's just my opinion...you...
I can live with that...ha. I'm still flying the very first Mavic Air, and wow is it noisy, but has been great. But I think it's time to catch up with the tech 😊
Very cool view of that Bayfront area at night. The Mini 4 seems amazing for that kind of thing. I was waiting for you to come right up to the maritime museum window and get a look inside. ha...maybe a bit too risky.
I just happened to notice the little area on the lower right of the forum windows; DJI Drone Deals. The Mini 4 Pro combo shows up on Amazon at $200. less than the DJI store price. This seems pretty significant. Any drawbacks to buying it there?
Great views!...don't see which model this was shot with. SO want to get to that area of the world. Probably nice there now...whereas, in the Sierras it's freezing! Someday....hopefully.
