Attempted for first time fireworks footage. In prep I had multiple "gimbal disconnected" messages that would clear themselves on their own or a drone reset. This is the footage I ended up with. Nothing done in post. Looking around, I should have switched to manual focus. Any other tips...

The helo was more than likely filming the event or working in close with the organizers. There are so many ways to explain away the rules you quoted. If the drone operator wasn't smart enough to take the hint for about 15 minutes, he deserved to go swimming for his equipment.

Yup, didn't realize they had another update out right away. Downloading now and hopefully that fixes it.

Reloaded app, reset phone multiple times. Have tried all various combos of getting it to sync with no luck.

I don't know what you're saying but I am having issues with 11.0.2 and DJI App with Iphone 8

Still having issues with Iphone 8 11.0.2 and latest Go 4

IOS 11.0.2 and 4.1.12 on the app. Spent an hour or so trying to get it to work. Tried different cords. No dice. Other devices work fine with it.

Also, you can't play the videos from the card. You have to put them on a computer or another device. The video will be very choppy if you don't.

So just a stand alone plug n play drive. I have a bunch laying around so I'll just go that route.

So I'm super new to drones and the videos that come with it. Dipping my toe into editing and what not with the videos. I have new Macbook Pro but only 125 gb drive. I have a 2 TB wireless drive that is linked. How do you guys manage your videos and files? Just from editing two small videos...
