Thank you for ur help. I contacted them. I will go outside once again and try to find gps. U normally have to do nothing right? It should find's its gps by itself isn't it.

Yes it is brand new. But If the beginner mode is on, it's not possible to find the gps? Where is the beginner mode for then? I thought it was for noobs like me to fly the first time with the mavic pro just with some basic options, but with gps of course.

So yes i am in a building. I just wanted to start up the drone before i went out. But because it didn't found the gps. I thought i need to take it outside. So i went outside yesterday in a big open park. Tried to set it up and still didn't find gps.

Oke thank you. I tried to turn off beginner mode as well and it says no positioning. This still means that there is no gps?

Hello there, i just bought my mavic pro. I placed the battery connected the phone and opened the app. So the problem is, there is no gps and can't take off. I tried inside and outside. Can someone tell me how to solve this. Thank you
