Update from Santorini: Took the Caldera Yachting tour, it was great, almost exactly the same as Santorini Sailing, saw many of the same boats along the way. We took the Sunset cruise. Captain was very happy to grant permission to fly the drone right off the boat during the two swim sessions...

There are several boat tour companies, Caldera Yachting, and Santorini Sailing. For catamaran, smaller size, sunset do you recommend one over the other? Santorini Sailing has a private beach they stop at.
