Bit delayed with updating this but today I finally got round to dealing with this issue. Deleted assistant from my mac and reinstalled again, then completed the process in a better lit room with the laptop on a stable platform and hey presto it worked first time;);) problem solvedThumbswayup
I now have a message appearing on my aircraft status page that tells me to calibrate the sensors. I have tried this 3 times now & manage to get through the actual calibration process (moving the blue box around the screen0 but then when the message comes up to say its processing the info and...
Hadn't thought of this but a very good point. I know there is the rth button but I'm not always confident in this so at least the detail on the screen of the current controller gives you some idea of where the drone is at & you have some chance of getting it home.
I would buy this in a heart beat at a reasonable price but @ €649 that's almost half the cost of my m2pro! And like others have said that's all it does. To much cash for a controller
I guess the title says it all but i'm looking for some advice from those of you in the know here. I am looking at buying either an Ipad Pro (new model just released) or MacBook Air (also new model released);
My main use for eithr of these are as follows;
1- Light editing of photo/video from my...
Got my M2P shortly after release and have 66 flights under my belt now and am really enjoying my first drone. Have there been hiccups? yes of course it's not perfect and like most if not all technology it has its shortcomings and flaws but in spite of these it still gives me lots of enjoyment...
QUICK UPDATE
Took the drone out this evening for a quick flight
Sport & P mode
2900mtrs covered
No signal issues and drone felt normal to the touch heat wise even on the underneath side.Will be keeping a close eye on it over the next few flights just to be sure
Overall happy enough, there are a few issues but I knew buying one on release day there would be some so have to be willing to accept that until they are ironed out, i'm not saying this is in any way acceptable on a product that costs €1500 but there are very few new technology products released...
Great stuff, my first time wrapping a drone (having done laptops and mobiles before but nothing with as many parts) and definately found it a bit fiddly on the rear legs & underside was a bit tricky avoiding leaving bubbles.
I don't remember the exact date I ordered but I got shipping email on Sept 18th with estimated delivery of 7-30 days and it arrived today exactly one week later. Very happy with that and frommemory I don't think I ordered long before getting shipping info, day or two at most I suspect.
Didn't bother with the RC, just wanted something to make drone more visible and probably more so look a bit better, can't understand why they didn't give the mp2 a bit of colour like they did with the air.
I'm going to monitor how the wrap on the bottom affects the drone in any way especially...
So there I was all ready to go out the door, a busy day planned when the postman arrived with a parcel...
I wasn't expecting this for another week or two at least. Obviously I had to open it up to see how the colour looked and of course once I did that I decided to wrap one of the batteries...
Ya looks like it is dropping at the start but according to the app&remote it stayed at the same height 8mtr until I increased it manually later in flight
