My DPD tracking on my Fly More still hasn't changed, so as of 9:30 tomorrow morning that will be exactly a week since it was supposedly 'on it's way'. And it's 4 weeks today since I placed the order during the event. Really frustrating and spoke to the same guy at DJI today who could only...
Sorry to hear others are being messed around as well. I got the same excuse about the delay with batteries, but they shipped one on it's own on the 10th. The Fly More has shown as in stock with 3-5 day availability, yet they didn't ship mine with the drone or the spare battery and now I'm left...
Getting on for 4 weeks now :-/ I haven't contacted DPD yet, I chased up DJI today via live chat and he escalated it with their logistics team but as of yet I've not heard anything further. With the battery there was shipping notification from DJI in the morning, DPD collected early evening and...
My iPad Mini 2 worked perfectly with the original Mavic Pro but in the couple of test flights I've done with the Mavic 2 Pro it's thrown up errors of the processor being maxed out and delays in updating the screen and breaks in the cached video. There are plenty of people reporting similar, I...
I ordered mine mid launch event and still haven't received it, eventually had shipping notification with a DPD tracking number Friday morning but the tracking hasn't updated since as if they still haven't collected it from DJI. My spare battery and the Fly More both shipped via DPD from UK...
It does fit, the controller arms need to be at their full extent and it's a bit of a squeeze but it does grip the corners well, and will work with a sun hood as well.
Finally had shipping notification for my Fly More kit, ordered mid-event, so only the 22 day wait for dispatch. It's DPD again so already in the UK, so that will be Monday for delivery.
Spoke to DJI support via chat and was informed that like the battery, the Fly More would ship from within the UK. Hopefully it won't be too much longer a wait for that, at least if it's UK based stock I won't have to deal with the fun of DHL tracking.
Ordered the Mavic 2 Pro, Fly More & extra battery during the event. DJI dispatched the drone only on the 23rd and I received a week later. Since then no update on the battery or fly more so I spoke to them via Chat on Friday and was told the delays were "due to the cross-border air...
yeah I don't have it in front of me right now but if it was labelled as EV I took that to mean shutter speed. In manual mode, it was adjusting the shutter speed without affecting the aperture.
I flew mine for the first time yesterday and was surprised to find the right wheel wasn't clickable as I'd used that in the past to cycle between aperture, shutter and ISO. For now, I've mapped the D-Pad so left/right changes shutter and up/down changes aperture.
Yeah in hindsight I'd have ordered the extra battery at a later date as I'd far rather have 3 than just the 1, but I'd already had to restart the order process due to a declined card on the first attempt and didn't feel like starting again. Mine has just been delivered and it's only the drone...
Yep tbf to DJI they did warn during checkout that different availability times may affect the order, but the batteries were showing 3-7 days delivered vs 3-5 for the other bits so I figured a couple of days difference wouldn't matter, especially as they reiterated during the event that they'd...
No I placed a single order during the event, but when they sent the shipment email, it said part-shipment and the Fly More and Battery were marked as "will follow later". Part of me hopes that they do all arrive together as the account section says nothing other than 'shipped' for the whole...
