Wow that smartens them up! Is there any open source software that I could try before buying one?
If I bring drone down to eye level then may as well use my hand held camera.
I stay away from RAW due to vignetting on the 2S. Again it wasnt there with Inspire 1 so was bit surprised. Will check out the vertical perspective tool. Do the more expensive DJIs have this issue too?
I wasnt aware of this issue when I started in drones. They do take great pics over all tho. I guess if I am going to pursue this venture I will have to do my homework. Never noticed this with my Inspire 1 but different camera systems. Thanks again. I have also tried 2D mapping(Maps Made Easy)...
Thanks for all the input. It seems like when I photograph a yard the trees etc towards the left and right edges are leaning out. Makes for a strange picture. Is this something that a software could fix?
Hello all. I am new to the 2S and would appreciate your opinions on these pics I took. I did aerial photog years ago and dont remeber the buildings leaning like these are.
I have recently been trying to use my Air 2S in Map Pilot Pro and have an issue. Everything seems fine except as drone gets near the end of a pass and is about to do the u turn it starts to pitch up and down like its braking too hard or too often. Tried slowing it down but same. Straight aways...
Yes you are prob right as DJI was a bit evasive when asked about it by saying it might be fixed in future updates but did not acknowledge it as an on going issue. Sure hope they do as its a tarnish on their excellent drones.
When I compare a map on my iphone 7 to the RC map, the DJI RC has very blurry maps in satellite view. To the point they are not useable. Is this something that will be dealt with or is it permanent? I cannot do maps with this problem.
Just downloaded the free dji sim and it works pretty good but doesnt seem stable. For instance when the right remote stick is released it keeps moving rather than stopping and hovering. That seems to be the mail prob now. Any way to calibrate sticks?
