Yep, I have the same issue. I went to map view, Clicked the "I" button to the far right, and then uncheck "altitude zone". It worked for a little bit and then went gray again. Still waiting on a solid fix.

I think they get intimidated because I'm a 6'4 black dude. I have been flying for 7 years and has never had anyone bother me....YET!

I was going to write my opinion but you summed it up perfectly for me. I was at Santa Monica Beach last week and you legally cannot fly your drone there however over a dozen low flying (under 200 feet) helicopters kept buzzing overhead. Not to mention the numerios airplanes. Can't believe...

FAA does not register drones so they cannot help you at all.
