I am still on 0.400, and don't foresee ever changing that given the direction DJI has gone. I am capable of being responsible without a software nanny enforcing restrictions.

I guess I must be in the minority, bought from DJI, with educational discount, they paid Canadian taxes and had it within 10 days. Never had a single problem and it was, and remains on 0.400 firmware.

In DJI GO, tap on the three bars at the right of the screen, go to flight records, select your flight. You should have the option to "playback" your flight. When you reach your maximum distance from home, pause, take a screen shot on your device and Bob's your uncle.
