I actually filed a personal suit against them for the same reason. They got scared and quickly settled out of court by offering me 12 free, fully decked out DJI Inspire 2 Premium Combo with Zenmuse X5S and CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes Licenses kits. Oddly enough they even included an Red Ryder Carbine Action 200-shot Range Model air rifle with a compass in the stock and "this thing which tells time"

Quick edit. They just sent 12 more drones, I think they felt bad that I just shot my eye out.

No, so you would get 25 cents while the lawyers would get in this case thousands.

Demand is high it took me 2 months to get mine. Just waited for it to show up. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff
