Following Waypoints Issue [Video Demo]

So I've had my Mavic for few weeks now and wanted wanted to try out using the Waypoints mode. Set several waypoints around my backyard which backs up to a golf course tonight. There may have been five total waypoints. I then set the Mavic to follow them and ran into a problem on the third waypoint. If you watch the video at Waypoint 3 I set the Waypoint and then turn around to go to the next waypoint. When I have the Mavic follow the waypoints it hits Waypoint 3 and starts backing up. This is not way I did and ended up stopping the follow waypoints mode because I didn't want the Mavic to hit something flying backwards.

Sorry for the all the rough cuts, but I wanted to demonstrate the issue. There is two parts to the video: me setting the waypoints and then the Mavic following Waypoints 1, 2, and 3 until it starts backing up.

So what did I do wrong?
