Mini 3 Lochan na h-Achlaise, Rannoch Moor, Highland Scotland

Today's Highland Drone footage, a short flight at an extremely windy Lochan na h-Achlaise, Rannoch Moor, Highland Scotland.

Taken on the way up on the first day of our Drumnadrochit trip, in perhaps the most wind I have flown - the MINI3 Pro handled it well enough though, once you are moving the bobbing around is at a minmimum...

The moor is one of the quietist places I have been to in Scotland. Did you go as far as the little railway station?

Yup, no midges that day... bleak but beautiful, desolate and lonely, such a lovely view...

It is a stunning place, and quiet for sure... No, we didnt have time to stry too far from the road that day, still had several hours of driving and friends to meet at the Glencoe Lochan - plus some other locations to fly that day too...
