Some very nice scenery and lighting there, but something like this isn't going to be useful for evaluating 5.1K even when YouTube has the full resolution rendered. YouTube's compression algorithms degrade the image quality so much already, and not many people have native 5K displays. The 4K footage on the M3 is oversampled from a 5.1K frame so that particular benefit is already realized in the 4K shooting modes for the most part.
If I may make one suggestion, avoid using auto exposure if you want smooth movement - the choppy movement in the vehicles on the highway is likely being caused by too high of a shutter speed.
