New batteries HELP!!!

My new batteries came in today for my 3 pro and I charged them and then started the update for the first one and it made it to 96% and just stopped.

The drone shut down, but the RC controller still says 96%.

It says not to shut it down, but not sure what else I can do if it hung up.

Ideas?

i presume you were just updating the battery firmware ,once the drone switched off to activate the update just restart the drone with the RC still on and see if it finishes the update to the battery

Tried that a couple of times, but no go. Ended up just shutting the controller down after an hour... All seems well...
