Please look at this shot I took on my Spark.
When I imported my footage to Premier Pro CC I interpreted it to 23.976fps as per the instructions on most YouTube videos (I won't confess to know why you do this; I just obey). However, in the final output you can see stuttering every second or so, as if though there is a frame missing or something not quite right.
What am I doing wrong?
