Update guys. I talked to Dji about the broken battery and they asked the battery to be sent back and got a new battery. So what happened is i end up with one extra battery after 1 month of waiting. Now got 4 batteries.

I was hesitant to contact DJI because it takes a while to be in touch with them, the last time I tried contacting them. I was in queue 30 and took me almost 2hrs to be in 17 and that's why I contacted amazon if they could help me, then that's how I got the free battery.

So I bought this drone from amazon ca. When it arrived, one of the batteries isn't charging, it's just blinking 4 lights for 3 times (according to the manual the battery is damaged) then it will repeat its sequence. I contacted amazon regarding the issue and without asking they gave me a 60$...
