Same here! I was thinking I wouldn't use it much, but I also find it way more convenient than connecting my phone to the remote controller. Really happy I bought my RC controllers!

@jimlips thanks for sharing! Considering the OP wants the DJI RC, it looks like the Mini 3 Pro is going to be the minimum choice if the OP goes with a Mini.

I think @djwak59 might be trying to point out that many (all?) tech products come with some features that some people don't really need/want. I think that can be said for all of the tech products I own though. I cannot say I value and/or use every single feature available on all of the products...

The entire DJI consumer drone lineup could be flown by anyone from amateur to pro. They are so similar control-wise that you could easily fly any model after learning how to fly one. Since price is important to you and you want a DJI RC (the remote controller with a screen), I'd recommend one...

I'm not seeing any evidence in those threads that confirms any of the issues shared were definitely caused by a high Kp index. But, I guess I cannot fault you since such evidence doesn't exist.

Can you share several threads (from any forum) where it has been confirmed that the Kp index negatively affected a DJI drone? I read DJI drones forums regularly and haven't come across any such threads yet. With such a long history, I'm guessing you can easily point us to several threads.

If you go into the camera view, settings, and tap the menu items at the top, do you hear the faint ticking sound when switching between the various settings sections?

Have you tried swiping down from the top of the screen to verify mute is not enabled or to increase the volume level?
