Since nobody else has, I can only advise googling a bit until you find Bolivian drone regulations. I can't give legal advice, but wouldn't advise taking a drone to Bolivia without meeting their pre-requisites which seem to make it difficult for tourists to take a drone in. This shows up at the top of the a google query 'bolivian drone laws':
Are drones allowed in Bolivia?
In order to fly a drone in Bolivia, it is necessary to obtain permission from the Bolivian Civil Aviation Authority (Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil, DGAC). Before applying for permission, drone operators must ensure that their drone is registered with the DGAC.
