I always charge my M3C smart batteries using the DJI charging plug with the hard-wired USB-C cable, and generally use the 3 battery hub. Here's my issue...
I've charged my batteries several times without any issues, then I had a battery that was down to 2 bars, wouldn't charge, and the LED indicator on the hub turned solid red, indicating an error. I returned the battery to Best Buy on the protection plan and am waiting for the replacement. While waiting, the same issue occured with a second battery.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something that I should be doing differently?
