Mini 2 Battery Cell replacement

I live in the Philippines and have 3 swollen batteries, the cost of each battery (online) is too costly.

I was wondering if anyone here has replaced the battery cells with any success.

Don't do it.

First, the BMS will probably permanently mark the pack dead after disconnecting the first cell, and only DJI can reset it.

Second, it is very important to have high quality, matched (internal resistance, capacity, state-of-charge characteristics, etc.) cells.

Search on YouTube. There is a lot of information on this topic.
You may also need to familiarize yourself with DJI Battery Killer
so you can set up the new package properly.
Plus, you'll have to figure out how to properly store your batteries so they don't swell anymore.
