No one talks about the mini 3 because its pointless. The only upgrade it has over the mini 2 is a finger print scanner. If you can get a mini 3 for a better price than a mini 2 then sure, but mostly the mini 3 is just a more expensive mini 2. I would try to get a good deal on a mini 4 though...
