Not that I have heard. There has been times where the school has specifically asked me to not fly but they are not an NFZ. I found that if I asked ahead of time, it doesn't alarm them and they are usually fine with it.

Maybe talk to your neighbor and find out what he likes to do. Interact and both of you fly your drones and have fun. Perhaps he will get out more and decide he likes to be neighborly? I think that would be a good start.

I watched Tony Northrop's too and took notes. I also read online and then took free online practice tests until I could pass with no problem. It took 2 days from the time I scheduled (Monday - test Wednesday).
