actually you can, using android and gaining root access you can stop usb charging. But this is done on the android side of things, not the remote or dji software.

same here, sent an email after the repair procedure with the new serial number and it got transfered to my refresh account...I have a feeling it was not going to be done automatically, at least in my case, so I would advise you to send a reminder.

Honestly, I agree on regulations. What I disagree is in te "catastrophic collision"....I mean, c'mon, yes it would be catastrophic to the drone, but not to the airplane. Airplanes smash onto much heavier birds all the times and not because of that it causes a disaster. It is not likely a 1 or 2...

i like the silicon ones aswell, small enough to leave at the mavic, and soft enough to provide a bit of smoothness wwhen landing.

if printed on flexible material they would hold better and would not damage the mavic(or strobe), because its soft. hard 3d print can scrape your mavic no? (i still ordering though, but flexible i think would be better)
