    Sorry to hear your not happy with the customer service you received. I'm going into bat for DJI here. My MP dropped out of the sky with no apparent reason. They looked at my data and sent me a new machine within a week. Couldn't be happier with their service.

    Unexplained fall from the sky.

    I had a similar issue although my MP was destroyed. I sent it to be repaired and DJI claimed it was a motor malfunction and replaced it free of charge.

    Mavic Pro Firmware Upgrade

    Without starting another argument over which is best. I had problems with Android but since switching to apple the Go4 App has run fine. It would be interesting to see how many of the failures are attributed to the tablet platform rather than the fw upgrade.
