I had this issue and tried all sorts, clearing the cache etc. in the end it turned out that the supplied lightning cable is a bit S***. I started using a standard lightning to USB and the USB port on the bottom of the controller and have not dropped the feed once since! Its worth a try.
I am coming to NZ for a month over December an looking for any helpful information re flying within the rules etc. thanks finlayson for those links looks great but is there an interactive map of no fly areas in NZ or any other advise that anyone would give? Thanks for any help, I'm so looking...

I have just flown my drone again today before going on holiday and once again had problems getting go4 to connect to the drone then loosing video feed when out after only a few minutes!!! This seems to happen most fights, latest version running on iPhone 7. I am very tempted to get Litchi but...
After doing the firmware update I once again had the problem that the app disconnects a few minutes after starting. Having looked last time and followed the advice of ArtisFirst on this issue this time justed cleared the app cache, logged out and back in again and all seems to be working again...

Thanks for replying. No I never called the drone anything!!! Is there any way to delete a profile and see if it comes back? I tried deleting the logs for wilberforce and that delete mine as well (hence lost my first flights!)
Hi. Just got my Mavic 2 days ago and loves my it. Have synced my logs (having lost my first days flights) now my iCloud storage is almost full. If I have synced are the videos stored on DJI servers and can I turn off iCloud backup or is it just the flight logs?? Thanks for help.
