Black frames in 4K video file

I had this same issue, sent it back to DJI and they said it happened because of an impact to the drone. Have you dropped or crashed your Mavic at all?

    Video question

Ok, so I was having the same issues with the dead frames in the project and I sent it back to DJI for repair. What they said is that it was caused by an impact and they replaced the whole drone under DJI Care Refresh.

I'm having the same issue on my Mac as well. Happens in iMovie and Final Cut Pro. Error 10008, I'm sending my unit in for diagnostics/repair when I get the shipping label. Nothing I could do here fixed it.

    Video question

I have an issue very similar to this except it happens on all resolutions, both into iMovie and FCP. Would you mind posting a link to the converter? I'm shipping mine in for diagnostics later, maybe that will reveal something.

    iMovie/Final Cut Error 10008

    iMovie/Final Cut Error 10008

Hey I'd like to edit my videos in iMovie but whenever I try to export a project I get error 10008 on export. I've went through IMU calibrations, gimbal calibrations, different SD cards which are all class 10. I've spent time talking with both DJI support and Apple support and it seems like it's...
