No not done it but there is a button to reset to factory default under firmware tab iirc, just like a smartphone reset it wont be difficult.

It takes a few minutes to download it from the dji site, I don't think you can do it from the app, think you can only reset camera settings etc from the app. If you want to do the full reset you will have to plug in the mavic and wipe it I think!

Ah ok, cheers for that input, I don't recall an instance where the app has crashed during use, the only thing I have had is when mavic is on and the controller is on with the app open it still shows disconnected, quick restart of the app usually sorts it.
