High speed vibration is usually imbalanced props. Try 4 different props and see if your jello goes away.

You will find limitations/stuttering using a MBP vs an iMac or desktop equivalent. But this does not mean the final output will stutter. The processor/GPU can only handle so much on a MBP. What happens when you export your clip to QT @1080p and play it? Good or choppy?
