With such tough drone laws in Canada, you would think the “professionals” would know to avoid the approach/takeoff areas of an airport and at the very least see & avoid a landing airplane!

I got this same exact scam attempt this week too.

I went through the exact same thing you are going through and realized it was the cable. There’s a specific cable that came with the SC and only it works for firmware upgrades.
