Yeah but I would check the carry on weight limit for your airline. Theyre all different.....flying over to Kathmandu I had to check my drone and dslr :(
How else will this prop shape affect flight characteristics? I figured with a longer flight time there would be a lower top end speed. I know speed really isnt a factor for a camera drone but I really know nothing about prop design/characteristics lol
Im bringing a 24-70mm as is. Im super tempted to bring my 70-200mm as Ive read a lot of recommendations but I know in the thin air it would be a pain. If I didnt bring it I would bring a 50mm as a backup.
Yeah I was thinking the same as far as keeping the lipos warm. Ive read different things as far as the availability of charging in the tea houses during the slower times. Ive got a solar charger for the battery bank for my ipad. I guess I have to be concerned about that getting too cold too...
Bringing 5 batts and only plan on flying a few min at a time. I only do still pictures so if I can get up and get my shots I hopefully can get more flights.
Doing the Everest base camp trek in December and my main concern are the rescue helis that fly in to help the hikers. Most likely in December there wont be a lot of hikers but something to keep in mind during the busy season (Sept-Oct).
I think that the MP isnt the type of drone a lot of people really want. For me the MP is a camera that happens to fly. Whereas people actually want a racer or a really durable flyer for ripping. Once they figure out how expensive and inconvenient it is to repair the MP they want to sell it.
