I saw the same thing yesterday when downloading on a dji rc. Try rebooting the rc, that worked for me. I think the software needs further work.

I had an Air Encoder Error 0x8000000 problem. Reported to DJI, they said reinstall firmware or send it in. I replaced micro card and it went away.

Sky blown out due to dynamic range required not consistent with camera chip in flying camera. ND Filter will have no effect on this.

Try some compressed air, from a distance. Also make sure that nothing squirts out of the compressed air canister.
