I'm currently using Android version 7.0 on my K1, though I can't keep it set on MIDI when connected to the controller, it transfers to "Charging", which I think is why I'm not getting the HDMI connection from the 1 to my fatsharks. What is your experience??

You're a pretty smart guy, So I'll direct you to the "Apps Permission" section of the ap and you can read for yourself the numerous "Other" permissions the app want access to, on your and every body else's phone. If you don't value your security and privacy then be my guest and download away.

Kevin, There are numerous you tube videos online that show the cable connections and discuss in great detail some of the modification settings that need to be made inorder for the FS goggles to work properly. I'm also considering going the route of FS, though haven't made that $$$ leap...
