Biggest problem will probably be the forming of ice on the props even before 0C/34F. Whith a lot of humidity in the air and temperatures close to or under freezing be aware of that. It can crash your aircraft in no time.

Tried to use not the default cable but an official one of your phone? Together with the phone in flight mode that helped me get rid of that problem. Good luck.

When the battery reaches 30% the remote starts to make that loud annoying sound and I can't get the volume down/off or shortened. Anyone have an idea if this is possible? If not, DJI please make it happen in the next update. When you're flying in an area with not to much sound around it is...

Yes Dolphins are always a plus. However, most of your dolphin footage could also have been made from a boat because you haven't used the advantages a drone has in that situation. Maybe you didn't want to disturb the wildlife or you had other good reasons but I think this was a missed...

Joshua Tree National Park/Monument, AZ, is very remote and beautiful. No people to fly over, just trees. So no hassle. If you want to stretch the law a bit I recommend flying just before and after sunrise. Not only is the light at its best, there's usually no officials or other people around...

P.S. After traveling long distances especially this close to the North Pole it may be wise to calibrate your compass and IMU also for your stay on the island.

I had the same problem out of the blue and this has bee the solution since. Mostly the flight mode that helped me though I think. Let me know if it worked.

Sound so like something quite some people had already. Try using your phone in the "flight mode" so it doesn't send anything that can interfere with your RC. Also if you're using an iPhone, try using a regular Apple cable (USB to lightning) also. This all helped with me. Good luck.
