You actually should have been more concerned if a Sheriff deputy had shown up since they are the Constitutional Officer with jurisdiction in a public park...not the trooper. When he started all the questions with "Can I" he wasn't being nice.

Windows but the same card has been in the bird for a month now

happened to me twice today, for the first time. Nothing changed, same flight area, same FW, same SD card. Latest version of all FW, flew dozens of batteries on latest FW error free until today.

This isn't SD card related. This in-flight gimbal calibration happened to me twice today and has never happened before today. I have flown dozens of batteries on the latest (present) FW and the SD card is the same one I've always used, nothing changed but it happened to me twice today.

Mine did this twice today, for the first time. I'm on IOS and never had this happen before, on latest version of everything and have made a dozen issue free flights since "upgrading" the FW. It conducted 2 in-flight gimbal calibrations on it's own, no error messages, just started going into cal...

so no one knows if the NFZs are just circles around airports of if they are also the air lanes?

Soooo, I've watched the videos, I assume he was on 2x zoom. It appears to me that he was outside the 5 mile NFZ, could be wrong since I don't know that he was on zoom. Does the DJI NFZ only cover the circle around the airport itself or does it extend to approach air lanes? There are air lanes...

did not notice those pots earlier, thanks. So, this should input about 4.5A into the battery on a nice sunny day. I guess the plan would be to get the battery to about 80% (bulk) then unhook it as there is no "charge controller" to lower the amps as the battery reaches the "float charge" area?

The buck converter doesn't appear to be adjustable? Is it 18V to 12V? I assume you intend to use this as a charger which you monitor? Which should work fine since you're on the trail.

clear the cache on the phone. to keep it from building back up, either increase the size, don't have it cache maps in the background or set it up to auto clear cache.

If you find out let me know. I got a hospital heli pad about 3 miles across the bay from me and I get the class D warnings if I fly N/S legs from my house, would be ok if I just got it on takeoff but I get it 2 blocks from my house for a 1 block radius and that is it, happens each time I fly...
