Sorry to all. I didn't get a reply to date. I got several requests for the file and some planned to sell it.
Anyway, you can purchase it from here: 5.5" Crystal Sky Mount for DJI Mavic Pro by Reinon on Shapeways
I made it myself through commercial 3D printing. It is ready now. I plan to offer it at no profit for me. It is still pending decision if I can provide the link.
Ergonomics is great. Just like if a phone is attached except the screen is higher now. There is nothing that covers the antenna at the top of CrystalSky and the controls at both sides and bottom of CrystalSky are all accessible.
Here's my solution to the 5.5" mount:
Compact - Almost same L x W of CrystalSky
Portable - It can stay attached to the CrystalSky
Protection - Has an option for snap-on lid
Retains the Mavic Pro controller handling
Does not block the controller screen
Easy to set up just like cell phones
It is...
Your mount is almost there. The attachment mechanism to the monitor looks great. If the ball head can be eliminated, that can easily shave the cost by a half or more along with the other advantages that goes with it.
The mounts available above are good but some are either too complicated to install, bulky, or likely heavy.
Can someone 3D print something like this? Aluminum CNC is even better.

I like this idea. It doesn't have to be too complicated like every design I've seen so far. The monitor can be raised even higher like flushed to the controller so the buttons are all accessible and GNSS is not covered.
2 days later, DJI provided another reply when asked if the 5.5" CrystalSky will mount to the Mavic Controller:
Dear Customer
Thank you for contacting DJI online store.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The Crystalsky is compatible with Mavic, but the mount of Mavic controller for Crystalsky is not...
