12/7 order, finally received today!

12/7 and nada. Though I did receive my battery in about two days, the Mavic is MIA.

From there, but now live in TX. Go back to visit often though, and will have the Mavic in tow. Dad's on S. Carrolton, and lots of family scattered around the city and JP.

I get the significance of having them land on pads, especially with such low clearance. However, I guess I'm a bit old because 5-8 feet is impressive to me. I know, we need better, but it's still a wonder if you grew up before the era of GPS, or even before today's accurate GPS systems.
