All pilots know that cinematic drone footage require slow, smoothe camera movements. Apart from using ND filter to reduce the shutterspeed the yaw movement is essential to slow down to a minimum. In the DJI FLY app you can reduce this yaw endpoint speed to very slow. I have a Mini2 where this function gives good cinematic recordings.
The DJI GO 4 app on Mavic Pro also give possibility to slow down the yaw endpoint speed at full input stick. On the menu Drone – Advanced – Sensitivity you can set Yaw Endpoint between 1 to 250 which is as good as DJI Fly app.
However when flying the Mavic 2 Pro you can choose yaw setting between 50 to 250 and the lowest setting does not give a very slow result. You can use Exponential setting to the lowest 0,1 but then have to move left stick carefully within 25 procent. Also in Cinematic Mode the yaw setting is 50 out of 250 and not cinematic at all. I use DJI GO 4 version 4.3.54 .
Is this a bug in the app or is there a technical reason for it.
