According to the manual, at 125 cycles the battery will shut off in midflight to prevent further cell deterioration, so they are self-protecting! LOL!
Seriously, though, they are rated at well over 200 cycles, and the only difference will be shortened flight times. Use AirData to track battery health and cell deviations, and it will show how much of the original battery capacity still exists as a percentage of 100%. Cell deviations are the biggest risk, and those are not very impactful, as long as you don't run your batteries below 15%, where cell deviations can cause issues at low voltage threshholds.
