Cant see my MAVIC Video on my Mac

Hi all,

Took some video today and connected my Mavic to my MAC, opened the SSD card in finder, can see a DCIM folder but nothing inside. On getting info on drive a big chunk of the space on the card is used so they must be there?

I did have my video to Cache so have on my phone the video in the DJI Go 4 app but was told the 4K video would need to be taken from SDD card.

Any ideas as to ho I can see my videos?

I plugged my Mavic by USB cable direct to my Mac and turned it on.

I upload my video by using the micro SD card in a adapter. I remove it from the Mavic,put it into the adapter, then insert it into the iMac. Works like a charm!

Is the Mac looking for MOV or MPEG? (or both?) If DCIM appear empty check that the Mavic didn't record in the other format.
