Case or bag or sleeve

I'm working up to buying my mini 3 pro soon, and plan to do some medium-weight multi-day hiking with it (about 20kg pack weight). So I need to keep the volume to a minimum, so no pelican cases or anything like that - probably just the drone, 1 extra battery and the controller. Has anyone tried any of these cases or sleeves? Thoughts about them?

Carrying case: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B219QZX5
Controller cover: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B4SZMZFJ
Sleeves and prop holders: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B5NGHHY2

Are the sleeves and prop holders enough protection?

The controller cover looks interesting - I understand why they make it for the sticks installed, but I'd prefer it flat and install the sticks every time myself, it would be easier to slide in and out of a pack.

The carrying case(s) are surely excellent protection, but perhaps more bulk than necessary for my purpose.
Yes, I have all the above.
I have up to 4 drones that I need to travel with and I need carry the drones and batteries in my carry on luggage. I only pack 1 controller in my carry on though.
It’s amazing what you can put in a carry on bag.

I‘m not as comfortable with the bags (sleeves) as I am with the cases. But if you pack the drone items near the top of you back pack it will work.

I've got sunnylife cases for the drone and controller and they are great. Rarely use the controller one, as the end result is quite bulky, but great that you can leave the sticks on. I use a dji mavic air shoulder bag if I'm only carrying the drone, which does the job and is comfortable to carry around

I hike a lot, kind of a requirement being a Geologist. I tend to have a bunch of different items in my pack. I do pack quite light, since I take a small pack. I use Domke lens wraps. They are nylon and a slight amount of padding and weigh next to nothing. They have velcro tabs that affix after you wrap up whatever you want. Tenba and Rugged make essentially the same product, all around $10. Nice thing is you can use them to wrap anything.

I also use the PGY controller cover indicated. Fantastic cover. Rock solid, easy on and off. Full screen and stick protection. Great price. Enjoy!

For minimum weight and bulk I'd go with the case only. When packing, remove the sticks and put them in the case and just stow the controller in your pack. It doesn't require much protection.
