Dji mavic air 2 s

I "cheat" to get my googles to work with Snoopy (my Air 2S) I simply plug an HDMI adapter to my phone or tablet and run the other end to the HDMI in port on the goggles.
Obviously you get No features- NO head tracking, BUT the setup works as nice or nicer than most FPV systems.
I use the DJI Racing Edition goggles for this- They are pretty cheap nowadays as far as goggles go - And you can use the R.E. Goggles with some analog mini whoops even though the goggles are pretty heavy.
Just a footnote--( the analog antenna that comes with these goggles is trash)

Please can you elaborate. I have the white goggles with hdmi input, but my phone and tablet only have one port, usb c, which is already plugged into the controller. Where do you plug the hdmi adapter into the phone if it's port is plugged into the controller?
