DJI Mini 2 - iPad questions

I can look at the list (Best Tablets and Phones for DJI GO & DJI Fly (Updated Daily)) and understand what can work with my Mini 2, yet they are advertised as having:

"WiFi" and "Cellular" and "Bluetooth" or any combination of these.

1. Are any of those required to be able to use it to fly with the DJI Fly app?
2. Is 64 GB of memory enough?
3. Do I have to sign up for any specific service with my provider or just plug and go?

You will at least need WiFi so you can connect it to your WiFi at home to install and update software and firmware.

Cellular and Bluetooth not necessary with DJI drones. I have a similar iPad mini for the Mini 2.

I believe they'll have Wifi.
Without cellular you'll loose google maps... but, you can cache maps when connected to wifi for later use. Like this guy explains:
