Im just wondering if you have used DJI Refresh to fix your drone? Can you answer some questions?
How bad was the damage before you sent it in?
Do you have any pictures of the damage before you sent it in? If so, please include in your response.
How long turnaround timefrom the day you used their mailing label to send it in until you got it back? (Im in the USA)?
Did they give you an estimated cost of what the damages were?
Did they try to bill you for the damages even though you had Refresh? If so, how did you resolve it with them?
