And what will this added air traffic mean for us, drone pilots? It’s one thing to pay attention for airplanes or helicopters possibly flying near by but how could we be constantly looking for deliver drones?

The skies are big. Despite the huge number of flights occurring every day, most of the time there's no traffic above me, and when I do see a plane it's usually a commercial jumbo of some sort at 35,000 ft.

The practical impact is likely to be little more than seeing a drone pass by a few times a day for most people, less noisy than a plane.

This is, of course, highly variable depending on how close you are to the warehouse.
