Interested to hear your guys' flight techniques.

Nice video Zack. I've subscribed. What I did recently was write down a list of these type of shots on a piece of paper and store it in my Mavic bag. I take it with me when I fly to remind me of what options I have.

Otherwise when I'm out and about flying I forget some of these great techniques. The more familiar you get with them the easier it is to think which would be appropriate. Otherwise I often find myself flying about aimlessly and when I look back at the footage it's mostly unusable

thanx for the info. it makes sense to photograph with a purpose, if that's your intention and if you've done some recon before doing so. it's all about composition, just like when just taking pix. i hope to come up with such a flight plan too when i'm actually interested in taking video to save. thanx.

This Guy's videos and tutorials are pretty good... he has a few with and without the inteli-flight modes. also covers some useful info on color profiles and grading.
