Friday late afternoon messing around with the MA2 at the 18rd trails. Played with the panoramic photo options. You can clearly see the selective photon consqunses of using a variable ND filter; I left it on just to get a sense of the effect. Short of summer time high noon panoramas I would not utilize any type of polarizing filter.9D7CB8C8-6DAB-4DE9-B49E-87BEDCF9A8EB.jpeg5EBAD902-180C-4C81-AEAE-554113899820.jpegimage0.jpeg

The first and last photos really look like there was a polarized filter installed; even the second one, to a noticeable extent. That sky gradation does not happen with a standard (non-polarized) filter. You're wise to abandon them; polarized filters only cause trouble.
