I upgraded to the latest yesterday on my Mavic pro and cannot stop the gimbal up-down shift. "upgrade successful", but ABNORMAL

Try a re-einstall. Read the online manual. Post the question once in one topic.
The64 page manual doesn't cover a reinstall of an upgrade that I can find. How do you override the gimbal overload problem to inable a reinstall? Please be simple for this 77yr. old.

How old is your drone?
Are you getting a warning that says gimble overload?
What exactly has changed as you see it?

You’ll have to reinstall the whole program. Try from USB hooked to your computer for the drone and any controlling devices.

Inspect the gimble for dirt etc that could be blocking/binding.

You might watch the gimble startup routine when you power up the drone to see if it acts normal. Next try standing in front of the drone without taking off ( or auto take off which is a hover at 4 feet) and use your control device to move the camera in all directions. See what you find out.
