Recently got a Mavic as a Christmas gift to myself and enjoying flying it around. Previously played with an inexpensive quadcopter that my daughter got as her Christmas gift about two years ago, and really impressed by the stability and power of the Mavic as well as the very high quality video. (The inexpensive quadcopter was a struggle to control and was easily blown away by even slight breezes).

I'm also a physicist and am very interested in the technology that goes into emerging new technologies such as modern, advanced drones like the Mavic.
