Help Pairing Drone and phone and console

HELP!!

I bought my husband the Mavic pro for his 50th birthday ready for our trip to Sri Lanka last month. However, having looked and researched tutorials (some are much older than others so are outdated which confused the issue), haven't been able to pair the devices so that they are ready for action. I am prepared to pay £20 per hour if anyone could personally or via skype help me with the set up?

i f you look on u tube there are videos on how to set up and fly for the first time. As a recent owner that's how I did it and you can stop the video at any point, so prepare your machine at the same time. Then read all the blogs on here, very helpful experienced pilots.
