How to force FCC Mode

How does one force FCC mode when flying with an iPhone? Oh and Im not interested in being asked why I want to do this!

It worked with older firmware but does not run on the current for either Mavic or Spark. The current virus in is for sale though.

I want to run at higher transmitting power as I do some work around areas with very high interference.
